On November 15, People’s Choice Awards updated their voting page to reveal that PSY is one of the five nominees for the “Favorite Music Video” category. It’s a very influential awards ceremony congratulating people who have greatly contributed to pop culture from movies, tv and music.
He will go head to head with well known acts Justin Bieber (“Boyfriend”), Carly Rae Jepsen (“Call Me Maybe”), Katy Perry (“Part of Me”) and Maroon 5 (“Payphone”).
PSY has won “Best Video” at the MTV Europe Music Awards on November 11 and is scheduled to receive his “New Media” trophy this Sunday, November 18 at the American Music Awards.
