2PM successfully kicked off their 2013 arena tour, “LEGEND OF 2PM“, with an opening concert at the Fukuoka Marine Messe performance venue.

The arena tour will include thirteen concerts, to be held at six different locations around Japan with a total audience of over 150,000.

Beginning with opening performances of their Japanese tracks “Beautiful” and “Masquerade“, the members of 2PM followed up with solo stages from all of the members – Wooyoung, Chansung, Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Junho, and Jun.K, including performances of several of their self-composed songs.

This concert also marked the first performances of tracks from 2PM’s highly-anticipated upcoming second full Japanese album, “LEGEND OF 2PM”.

The concert also featured a surprise birthday party for Jun.K, whose birthday was drawing near. Together with the packed venue, the members of 2PM led a chorus of “Happy Birthday”.

“With our second arena tour just beginning, we couldn’t sleep last night because of the excitement,” the members related. “It was a memorable time being able to greet our fans again with our performances, and we will put our best effort for our remaining tour dates as well. Thank you for your love and support.”

Additional tour dates include Nagoya, Osaka, Tokyo, and Sapporo.
