The multinational boy band CROSS GENE will be making their official Japanese debut soon and they released the music video for their first Japanese single “Shooting Star.”
“Shooting Star” is an electro dance song with a simple and catchy chorus. For their martial arts influenced choreography the members use swords (including lighted ones) as a part of their interesting dance. The not quite three minute music video promises a full length one in the future.
CROSS GENE consists of four Korean members (Sangmin, Yongseok, Shin and Seyoung), one Chinese member (Casper), and one Japanese member (Takuya). They debuted in in June of 2012 with the mini-album “Timeless: Beings.”
CROSS GENE will release their Japanese debut single on March 13.
