3 Members of X-5 Form New Group Under New Label

Following the sexual assault scandal that involved the CEO of Open World Entertainment last year, some of the members of the idol group X-5 had decided to leave the agency. The leader of the group, Ghun, even decided to enlist to serve out his mandatory military service.

Now, three of the original members have decided to re-debut as a new idol group under a new label, Box Media. Though they had wanted to maintain the original group structure, in the end, they weren't able to do that given the circumstances.

The three members J.One (Hae-won), Dong-hyun, and Jin-wan, will be joining two other guys (Kyung-jin and Choi) to form a new idol group called LU:KUS. Their debut album is scheduled to be released sometime this April or May.

LU:KUS is short for "Look Us", which is short for "Look at us".
