Everyone knows how well PSY's new song "Gentleman" has been doing through its catchy music video. But did you know that the song that really inspired the "cocky dance" in "Gentleman" was the Brown Eyed Girls' "Abracadabra"?
Thanks to PSY's worldwide popularity, the music video for "Abracadabra", which was released years ago, has been climbing up the U.S. iTunes singles chart. As of April 15th at 10:30 AM (local time), the music video for "Abracadabra" was at 140th place.
Having been released July 21st in 2009, the song's music video wasn't even in the top 200. However, after getting hooked on PSY's rendition of the "Abracadabra" original hip swaying dance move, US fans have been showing much interest in the Brown Eyed Girls.
