Welcome back to another week in K-drama land where historical dramas, especially MBC‘s ‘Book of the House of Gu ‘, have been what viewers tune in to after a long day.
According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the May 14th broadcast of ‘Book of the House of Gu’ achieved a 15.9% viewer rating, which is a 1.4% increase from its previous viewer rating of 14.5%, achieving its highest viewer rating to date.
KBS 2TV‘s ‘God of the Workplace‘, which was previously neck-and-neck with ‘Book of the House of Gu’, fell short this week with a 12.8% viewer rating, which is a 0.3% decrease from its previous 13.1% viewer rating.
Meanwhile, SBS‘ ‘Jang Ok Jung‘ has been unable to get past the double-digit zone in the ratings department and achieved a 9.3% viewer rating this week.
