According to a shared account of what occurred, a young male who looked to be in his early 20s suddenly grabbed the mic after IU’s performance and asked her if she’d like to marry him. Startled, IU ran away and the man grabbed her. When she started screaming, the bodyguards arrived and quickly took care of the situation.
