Dal Shabet just got a little bit sweeter.
The originally six-membered girl idol group has announced a new additional member: Woo-hee.
Happy Face Entertainment reported on May 25th that Woo-hee will be joining the group to replace original member Viki, who is leaving to pursue solo activities. Woo-hee has been an agency trainee and she was picked out especially because her image was said to suit the group well.
Woo-hee was born in 1991, the same year as fellow members Ah-young and Ji-yul. She is reportedly a broadcast entertainment major at Dong-ah Institute of Media and Art. She's outstanding in her singing and dancing abilities.
A picture of Woo-hee was unveiled, where she shows off a pure and innocent image, wearing a white one-piece dress and her hair in cascading waves.
Dal Shabet will be releasing their first official full-length studio album on June 7th, preceded by a showcase two days before.
