SHINee reached #2 on the Oricon weekly chart with their Japanese version of “Sherlock.” “Sherlock” is the 4th Japanese album they have released. It was released on May 16. “Sherlock” sold 48,990 copies and reached #2 on the Oricon weekly chart for the third week of May (May 14-20). The Japanese version of “Sherlock” had also reached #2 on the Oricon daily chart, the day of its release (May 16).
On May 25, SHINee will begin their arena tour that will start off at Fukuoka then go through Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, and Hiroshima. The tour will have over 25,000 audience members. Although this tour was supposed to be a total of 14 concerts, due to the tickets being sold out and high demand, the tour was extended by 6 more concerts.
