ZE:A’s Jun Young cannot perform on comeback stage

Recently, ZE:A’s leader Moon Jun Young shared his feelings about not being able to perform on the group’s returning stage because of his ankle injury.

On July 3, Moon appeared at a showcase of ZE:A’s second official album Spectacular held at the Yonsei Centennial Memorial Hall in Seoul.

There was a press conference held beforehand in which appeared the star on crutches. He said, “I accidently got an injury on my ankle, and I’m very regretful for causing anxiety to the members and fans.”

Moon slipped and hurt his ankle when he was shooting a variety show outdoor on May 28. He still goes on group schedules but avoids performing dance songs on stage which requires him to move his body.

Moon concluded, “As you can see, I’m recovering pretty fast. Because our title song is a dance song, it’s yet hard for me to be on stage, but I promise you to be back with a better condition.”

On July 4, ZE:A will release all the songs on the album on various music websites. It has been a year since the group has taken a hiatus since their special summer single, “Exciting.”

You can check out the group’s first performance of their title track “Aftereffect” on July 5 M.net’s M Countdown.

Before the release of their song, ZE:A conducted “Fighting Project” in six cities of Seoul like Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon, Bucheon, and Seoul since June 14 and met 40,000 fans.
