It’s almost January 1 and you know what that means, Girls’ Generation is almost back!
Their 4th studio album will have 10 tracks showcasing their matured talents. Title track “I Got a Boy” is an electronic dance song with a hint of retro, urban pop. The addictive melody leaves a strong impression. Other songs will experiment with dance, ballad, retro pop, and swing jazz, making sure all of their fans will have something to enjoy.
It’s been revealed that English singer-songwriter Pixie Lott has worked on the album. She teamed up with Sooyoung, Yuri and Seohyun for the track “Baby Maybe.” She composed the song while the 3 Girls’ Generation members co-composed the lyrics. The song focuses on a girl’s nervous heart who’s fallen in love.
Also, fans will be able to hear Taeyeon and Tiffany collaborate again. This time, they will sing “Glass Child,” which is said to be a sad song.
Meanwhile, their comeback show “Girls’ Generation’s Romantic Fantasy” will be broadcasted on January 1 at 11:15pm (KST) through MBC.
