Go Young Wook, who has been indicted of sexually harassing and assaulting minors, has only acknowledged portions of the charge.

On June 7, Go Young Wook held his first appeal trial. On this day, Go Young Wook acknowledged the counts of sexual harassment against two of the victims, B and C. However, he denied the charges of sexual assault with victim A, stating that the sexual relations took place under mutual consent.

Go Young Wook’s lawyer stated, “There are parts where things were exaggerated but there was wrongful physical contact with two of the victims such as kissing them without their consent,” and “Those actions were done with affectionate feelings,” as he pleaded not guilty.

The court will hold the next trial on June 28 with Go Young Wook’s police investigation information as well as victim A’s acquaintances as witnesses.

Go Young Wook also garnered attention for handing in a handwritten letter, apologizing for his misdeeds.

Previously, Go Young Wook was charged with 5 counts of sexual harassment and sexual assault to three minors from 2010 to 2012 and was sentenced to seven years of his profile being publicly revealed and ten years of wearing an electronic anklet.
