Super Junior‘s Leeteuk fans! Leeteuk has recently written a handwritten letter to his fans from his military service.

On November 23, Leeteuk’s handwritten letter was posted on Super Junior’s official website.

He started off with, “To my loving fans! To my everything, E.L.F.” He continued, “This is Super Junior’s leader, Leeteuk! Or… right now this is trainee number 85 Park Jung Soo. How has everyone been? I am done with my part in Eui Jung Bu and am now in the BM New Army Training Center with my fellow comrades who are 10 years younger than me.”

“I’ve gone from being SuJu’s leader to the leader of the new recruits here. I am experiencing great popularity here as well! Before I came here, I was really nervous and scared but after coming here, I realized that this is nothing compared to what I’ve been doing before. And thanks for all your written letters and Internet letters! Tears welled up several times as I read each and every one of your letters here. Thank you,” he continued.

“I am always just thankful. I heard that the day of my enlistment gathered the largest amount of people. That’s awesome! And I know it was Super Junior’s seventh year anniversary and many of you took the college aptitude exams – I’m sorry I couldn’t be there for either of those things. Do you know that I want to work even more and meet you all even more because I’m here? I miss going on world tours with the members and seeing you all up close and seeing all those blue glow sticks and the sounds of your cheers.”

Finally, Leeteuk said, “I heard the DVD we released in Japan was number 1! We prepared a lot of things for ‘Boys In City’ so please anticipate for it. I hope everyone has a great time at the year-end awards ceremonies too. I miss you, I miss you, I miss you so much everyone! Please be happy and be healthy! Just like the saying ‘You don’t laugh because you’re happy, you’re happy because you laugh,’ I hope everyone is well.”

Leeteuk ended the letter with, “E.L.F. I love you.”
