Super Junior arrived in Brazil for the first time, for their South American tour. Super Junior arrived at the Sao Paulo, Guarulhos International Airport in Brazil on April 20 at 11am. (KST) Nearly 500 South American fans were waiting for their favorite band since early in the morning.

Originally, airport officials assigned security that was around 10 times the normal amount in case of any accidents. However, all of the fans started to crowd the same area once Super Junior arrived. Due to safety issues, Super Junior had to be moved through the VIP passage.

On the same day at 5pm, Super Junior joined a CSR Event that was run by KOTRA. The event was held at the Sang Paulo, Renaissance Hotel. The event celebrated 50 years of South Koreans immigrating in Brazil. 2,000 T-Shirts created by Super Junior themselves were given as charity.

Super Junior stated at the event, “While we prepared the South American tour, we thought of how we would be able to give our thanks to the people who have loved us and waited us for so long. After we heard about the CSR event we decided to join it. Although this is a small gift, we hope that the T-Shirts we have donated will be used for a good cause.”

The “Super Junior 5” Show was held at the San Paulo, Credit Card Hall on April 21 at 8pm. (KST)
